VP9 Video Decoding

VP9 is an open video compression format developed as a successor to VP8, with better compression efficiency for HD and 4K web video. The decoder sample reads VP9 video stored in an IVF file and writes raw YUV video output.

This sample shows how to decode VP9 video in an IVF container to a raw YUV video file with Transcoder::run.
