Vorbis Audio Decoding

Vorbis is an open, royalty-free lossy audio codec commonly stored in Ogg containers and supported by WebM workflows. The decoder sample reads Vorbis audio from an Ogg file and writes uncompressed WAV output.

This sample shows how to decode Vorbis audio from an OGG file to a WAV file with Transcoder::run.
